History...A look into my collection
A look into my collection...
History: They were designed by Peter Moore and first released in March of 1985, and are a bit higher in terms of ankle length than what you usually see from Air Jordan 1′s (I). Then again, most of the originals were this length. They are said to be a turning point in basketball shoe history. They were even banned by the league as they stated that the black and red violated their colors for sneakers. Jordan felt that they were banned because they “didn’t have enough white in them”, and continued to lace them up, even though he was fined every time he did.
